Thank you for purchasing a product from DASH Sundials. Our sundials are made to the highest standards from the best materials and with the right care will last for many years. However, for your peace of mind we provide a three-year limited warranty on the physical elements of your DASH Sundial.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and care during the warranty period. During this warranty period, DASH Sundials will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of poor materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

What will DASH Sundials do to correct the problem?

DASH Sundials will repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty period for products purchased from DASH Sundials is three years from the date of purchase.

What is NOT covered by this limited warranty?

This limited warranty does not cover any defects that are caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from poor materials or workmanship.

What do I have to do if I have a problem with my sundial?

To obtain a warranty service, please contact DASH Sundials directly with the date that your sundial was purchased and details of the nature of the fault.
